All scholarship winners must submit an expense report and follow GBTA DFW's expense policy for re-imbursement.

Members are not eligible to win the same scholarship that was awarded within the last 12 months.

Please be mindful of the DEADLINE DATES for each scholarship. Partial applications will not be reviewed. Please note that scholarship awards may not fully cover all expenses, however the scholarship expenses will be paid when receipts are submitted up to the scholarship amount. GBTA Conference Scholarship requires and endorsement from your company.
