Dear GBTA-DFW Members,
As many organizations are currently preparing their budgets for 2027, we wanted to provide advance notice of an upcoming change to our monthly luncheon registration fee.
Beginning in January 2027, the GBTA-DFW monthly luncheon fee will increase from:
$50.00 to $60.00 per member attendee
$75.00 to $85.00 per guest attendee
This adjustment reflects the rising costs associated with hosting our meetings, including venue expenses, food and beverage pricing, and overall event operations. While we have worked to keep costs stable over the years, this increase will help ensure that GBTA-DFW can continue to provide the high-quality educational content, industry insights, and networking opportunities that our members value.
We are sharing this update now so that both corporate members and supplier partners can accurately incorporate the change into their upcoming budget planning process.
We greatly appreciate your continued support of GBTA-DFW and remain committed to delivering meaningful programs that support the growth and success of our travel industry community.
Thank you for your membership and engagement. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming luncheons and events.
Sincerely,
GBTA-DFW Board of Directors
